How we developed a corporate identity for a dental clinic.
V.J. Dental, a dental practice in Košice with a long-standing history and a loyal patient base, had not previously established any corporate identity—there was no logo, website, business cards, or any form of branding for the practice. They approached us with a request to create a complete corporate identity, which included designing a logo, developing a modern website, producing professional photos and videos, as well as setting up and managing their social media channels.
We began by creating the logo.
As the first step in creating the corporate identity, we focused on logo design. The process took exactly three rounds. In the first round, we defined the layout, and in the second round, we experimented with font types and color combinations. In the third round, we hit the mark, and the final choice was option number 1.
We then focused on photography and video production.
Since we needed authentic photos and videos from the dental practice for the website and social media content, we quickly scheduled a photoshoot. On the first day, we focused on capturing the practice’s interior, its modern equipment, and the products they use. On the second day, we planned and documented a special procedure with the doctor the placement of a new invisible braces. This procedure was used as engaging content to showcase this new service offered by the practice.
We developed the website.
With all the necessary materials gathered, we were ready to begin creating the website. The brief from the doctor was straightforward—she left the entire design to us, giving us the freedom to explore creative solutions. We developed a modern, responsive website that meets all legal requirements, including data protection regulations (GDPR). The site is connected to analytical tools that track visitor behavior. Additionally, we optimized the website and prepared it for potential future advertising on social media or Google search, ensuring full compatibility with digital marketing tools.
We centered our attention on the invisible braces.
On the website, we created a dedicated subpage exclusively for the invisible braces. This page included a detailed service description, photos, a video recording of the procedure, and a contact form specifically designed for consultations regarding the invisible braces. We connected the form so that all inquiries were directed straight to the consultation process, ensuring seamless and fast communication with potential clients.
Additionally, we created advertising campaigns on the META platform (Facebook and Instagram), targeting the relevant audience. These campaigns were designed to raise awareness of the new service and generate inquiries through social media, the website, or direct phone calls.
As a result of these campaigns, we received 21 completed contact forms, leading to specific consultations. This response not only covered the costs of the advertising campaign but also the expenses of its creation, ensuring the full return on the investment in promotion. This success demonstrates that the chosen strategy was effective and contributed to increased interest in the invisible braces among clients.
